Access is via an automatic gate with remote control and digicode. It provides access to a fully concreted car park that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
The entrance to the stone house opens into a living room with an American kitchen of 65 M² opening onto the terrace, swimming pool and gardens.
3 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and share a bathroom and a common toilet.
The last very spacious bedroom serving as a real parental suite consists of a 160x200 bed, a bathroom and a WC and is located upstairs. It opens with a large bay window in brick partition onto a large terrace with a view of the city of Porto Vecchio.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned as well as the living room.
The living room has a TV corner with fireplace as well as a dining area with its dining table, it opens through a large bay window which overlooks the terrace and directly onto the swimming pool with its fully equipped poolhouse: fridge, TV, washbasin, barbecue, domino induction, cupboards, etc…
